Shipping Policy
All normal restock orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days after purchase. All orders will receive a tracking number via email. Business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays are excluded. Please be patient as our products are made and packaged by hand. We hope you understand and thank you for your support and patience.
In Person Pick Up Policy 
Pick up is usually in 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a email when your order is packed and ready for pick up.
Multiple Orders
Orders will ship as they are received. There will be no refunds given for shipping fees for multiple orders.
Address Changes
Please be sure to take your time and check over your shipping information when checking out. If you notice yours is incorrect please send us a email to get it corrected. If by chance your address is incorrect once it’s shipped and your order comes back to us, without damage, you will be refunded or asked to repay the original shipping fee.

Questions or Concerns
For questions or concerns about your order please email with your name and order number. Business hours are Tuesday- Saturday, 12pm-6pm. Please allow a 24 response time.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. ALL orders come with insurance. If your order is lost or stolen during shipping, you will have to file a claim on to get your money back.
